Anything else? I have no clue...graphics cards and what not. Do you think I could run it at low settings, or do I not have enough information?

You could, but I can't say for sure without knowing your graphics card.

You know at the very least...a graphics card is a requirement. However from what you posted, it's not going to run well at all. I can't belive you can run like 512mb of ram these days.

The minimum requirements say you're probably 0.1GHz too low. Sorry, but I think you're out of luck.

Sounds like netbook specs. If it's a netbook, no.

Its free, so download it, and figure it out. Mess with the settings and maybe you'll get somewhere.

My computer has the same amount of RAM, a much faster processor, and a generic integrated video card and I have to run Portal at the lowest possible settings and resolution, and even then it slows way down if I enter a decent sized room.

Man, I always thought Source games could run on anything, but I also thought people had more than 512 MB of RAM these days. At the very least, tie it to your Steam account while it's still free.  
 
And +1 to "can you run it." Good website to get an idea of how your specs compare with the required specs.
