NO NOT BUY THIS GAME.

This is good news, I'll pick this up when it's $5 later this year. 

I'd rather just play Postal 2. I enjoyed that game, but this one just looks awful.

I couldn't even make my way through the whole Quick Look. It was just too terrible to even watch.

WHY WOULD YOU INFORM PEOPLE OF THIS? LET POSTAL DIE AND ANYONE THAT MADE IT!

Its kind of interesting that it is "now available" on Steam considering Ryan had to download it from Steam after downloading it from gamersgate or whatever. That was like 2 months ago too, so the whole thing is shady, I wouldn't give that money. If I were to advise someone who did want to, I would suggest waiting until Steam had it on 90% discount during the spring or summer sale they will eventually have.

Did they delay its release here to polish it more so it is at least playable? Or is it the same terrible game?

Get 'Postal II: Share the pain' people. It is a much better game, and that says a lot since Postal II isn't a good game either, but at least in that game you can do whatever in a semi-open environment with tolerable humor and not some recycled linear shit that you'll find in the 3rd game.
