Shacknewsposted a report today that according to one of their sources who requested to remain unnamed, that Human Head stopped working on Prey 2 back in November. Their reason for this was that the team was unhappy with the contract they had with ZeniMax, and were hoping for a better deal. Specfically, some employees had been laid off and they were hoping to get those guys re-hired. What do you think this, if true, could mean for the future of the game? Will they be able to work something out, or will ZeniMax shift to another developer. And if they did that, would they even be allowed to use the work and assets that Human Head had put into the game?
Prey 2

Prey 2 was the follow-up to Human Head's first-person shooter Prey. Bethesda confirmed the game's cancelation on October 30, 2014.
Human Head hasn't worked on Prey 2 since November 2011
Zenimax sued over the word "Scrolls" Kinda put off from them since that.Shacknewsposted a report today that according to one of their sources who requested to remain unnamed, that Human Head stopped working on Prey 2 back in November. @The_Laughing_Man: They had little choice with that. If they released Elder Scrolls 6 down the line action could be taken against them for using the work scrolls in their title. This way in the future if any issues arise they can cite this as an example of their right to use the name. Yea it made them look like dicks, but it was the legal department, not the Devs.
It came from Zenimax. Not bethesda. And the base for the lawsuit was stupid.@The_Laughing_Man: They had little choice with that. Does not sound good. There is too much established abuse of devs/employees in the industry(it would seem) to ignore these claims, though Human heads performance record and Zenimax's workplace fairness ruleset is unknown by me.
Prey 2 has obviously hit white water. Sometimes things go south.

Yes, but for all intensive purposes they are one and the same.
