Sony will bring you these exclusive titles:
Killzone 3
Resistance 3
Infamous 2
Socom 4
Motorstorm: Apocalypse 
Ratchet and Clank: All For One 
Yakuza 4
The Last Guardian (probably)
Final Fantasy Versus 13 (probably)
 
Microsoft and Nintendo usually announce their games closer to the release date. 
 
For 2011 we can expect from the both so far:
 Zelda: Skyward Sword
Gears of War 3
Codename: Kingdom (probably)
 
You still have all the motion control games for Move and Kinect , the launch of the 3DS and the downloadable games.
 
Then the Multiplatform games:
Rage
Mortal Kombat
MVC3
Portal 2 
Dragon Age 2
LA Noire
Batman Arkham City
 
I am probably missing some games but remember we thought 2010 was going to be a crazy year for gaming, 2011 looks even better.

You forgot some other games like Bulletstorm, and Crysis 2. It also seems like Epic Mickey will be coming out in 2011 too. *shit*

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3!!!!

Meh, I can finish most games nowadays in less than a week since they're so short so I usually just rent games that are not massive RPGs or have interesting competitive multiplayer aspects to it.

That PS3 list is stacked. I'm stoked. Plus there will be 3DS and all the multiplatform titles. Gonna be mental.

Add to that Mass Effect for PS3, Vanquish, more RDR, also coming soon Shank late August

The only games I'm interested in buying are Batman Arkham City and MvC3. And WoW: Cataclysm, if it gets delayed to 2011.

I feel you on the cash crunch. Im still trying to figure out how Im going to pay my Reach and Black Ops preorders on a students salary :P And the 3DS will be a must buy for me...as will Kirby :)

Well I've gone to renting most of my games nowadays, given how short the single-player components have gotten. I only buy games that are massive in length (RPGs), have interesting multi-player components, or whose developers I want to support.

Oh crap, forgot about the 3DS.  And, for some reason, I never want to rent a game for a portable handheld.

I'm already broke. I guess I'm going to have to go and rob a few more old ladies again to fuel my gaming addiction.

Gamers have been going broke since 2007.

2011 does seem especially packed, but there isn't going to be that many games I buy day one.

Only 4 games for me on that list, will be waiting for a price drop for other potential purchases. I still need to pick up a wii for Xenoblade and last story, here is hoping it'll drop in price in 2011. If Nintendo isn't porting them, then they could go suck a bag of dicks.

2011? How about 2010? I've been dishing out some major dough already this year, and we still haven't even reached the high-traffic Q4 yet.

- Enslaved: Odyssey to the West 
- Kirby's Epic Yarn 
- Donkey Kong Country Returns 
- Metroid: Other M 
- Disney Epic Mickey 
 ...all on their way later this year. =\

The only games I'm planning on buying next year are Human Revolution and Catherine (assuming it's released next year). 
 
The 3DS is also a possibility, though I'll wait to see the price and whether it's any good or not.
