I think Alex is an awesome guy but please stop following him, He plays the game safe(right) but it makes for a poor viewing experience, its just 15 minutes of him hiding behind a tree, while everyone else is in there getting busy.
As a Technician for a "Big" Cable company, I really appreciate your nice words for us field op guys. Our job is not an easy one. If you only knew what it takes to make this shit work, you would be amazed. Spending a week or two tracking down noise in your situation seems like a quick turn around. I once spent three months trying to catch incidents of burst tiling and intermittent return issues in a small town where everyone was experiencing the same issue but all of our measuring tools were showing nothing. Its endlessly frustrating and cool customers make are days easier.
