I love Abby content, it's always got some of the best out of context and in the moment stuff.
I also love the idea of solo-streams. The personalities on this site are the best, and I've always wanted more 'jar time with jeff' style content where we can just chill with the staff on stream. My only wish is maaaybe they do some of these later in the day or in the evening so more people can jump in and participate (having to bow out midstream because of WORK sucks). But I get that this is their weekday job, so it's a hard ask.
Also ya'll with Sims fatigue, as someone who doesn't enjoy souls types game, I can tell ya; just skip the games you don't like on this site lol.
The story isn't winning any awards in VC4, but the dynamics between the characters is really neat! The squad stories are actually pretty engaging and make you invested in the squad members beyond them just being regular units. I don't think that Jan should have been completely dismissive of the story, because yes it has anime tropes, but it also has an entire cast of characters with diverse reasons for joining the war. It's honestly one of the best parts of the game. I don't mean to add to the complaint pile, but it makes you feel kinda shitty when some of your favorite internet personalities don't give one of your favorite video game series a fair chance.
Also shout out to Rosetta, a really cool non-binary character, something you don't usually see in anime games, let alone games in general.
@toxic antidote: I agree, kind of disappointed to go back to this one after it was already covered. Not that it's a bad game, but there's so many other visual novels/dating sims in the world
