Fear 2 while standing up. The reason I was standing was because I was getting ready to leave somewhere and wanted to hit a checkpoint before stopping. Maybe other FPS games will give me motion sickness while standing. Haven't really tested it out.

@MattadorD: Disgaea 3 is my personal favorite and the Vita version is a great version.

Since you have a Vita and PS3 I would strongly suggest the Disgaea games.

I am also very ticklish and can tickle myself in the sole of my feet, so it is possible.
