I'm seeing the same thing. The boxes around the tweets look different so I'm assuming this is just a bug caused by the redesign.

Dark and adult themes have been found in Adventure Time for a long time now. "What Was Missing" was in the third season, four years ago. I can understand your disappointment in the lack of adventures, but at this point I don't think that's not what the show is about any more. Honestly, I'm not sure how I'd describe what the show even is about at this point, but I will say that I've really been enjoying it.
