I picked the XBOX ONE for the time being, with all of the media-centric features it was easier to get my wife on board with the purchase. Sure I wish there were games I wanted to play on it, but I would be in the same boat with the PS4.

Gone Home (PC), it doesn't take long at all, but still a great experience.

@rafaelfc: Agreed, there's a lot of dirty little ways that companies can try to make some money off of you.

Case and Point: On Disc DLC

I'm curious to see what people think about this. I know there are a ton of games out there that have a shit ton DLC, but I don't feel like it really expanse on the game. I'm curious to see what others think about this.

Irrational Games closed because Ken Levine commanded it to be so. He wanted to get back to his roots, what he was doing 17 years ago, if he didn't IG would still be around, and probably making yet another BioShock game, even if they wanted to go in another direction. With the SSM deal, that was probably because of pressure from previous projects not doing so well, and the fact is that we don't really now if this was yet another God of War game, or if it was going to be something slight different.

Seriously though, I don't think there was ever enough gamers going through those channels to make it worthwhile. The online features were an afterthought, and they will still give you access to the store, so you can continue to buy the retro games that most of us only use our Wiis for at this point.

Does anyone know if there are hotkeys or some sort of plug-in that would allow for changing between speakers in a Google Hangout?

In a perfect world I would love to have a plugin that changes automatically depending on who is currently talking, but I fear the only way to switch between people is to just click on them when I think they are going to talk.

135 - 10 installed, most either will never see the light of day or don't play nice with my system because of the fact that they are ancient
