@ironlink: Come on. While it is a great start and a healthy amount of money, it takes a lot to run a company with taxes, fees, pension, healthcare, production and possibly a studio + a war chest for rainy days (flux in future patreons when the first excitement is over). It's really great - but not a ridiculous amount of money by no means. I'm also not from the US, but you cant just take that number and be done with it :)
