Just zone him out with jab booms, learn how to anti-air his jumpins, and use long range pokes. I think U2 punishes blocked dive. If they're spd'ing during your blockstrings just stop early and neutral jump into a full combo. Save meter for flashkick fadc on wakeup when he eventually gets in. Don't get too aggressive with crossups or any kind of mixup after a knockdown, just create space.

DLC characters is dumb. Unless they're free. Everyone should have the same options at the character select screen. I don't want to fight someone I can't even pick myself. How would I train against them or anything?

Stream is inconsistently laggy. annoying but oh well can't complain it's free.

On top of everything that's been said, I'll ad a few tips. 
 
Learn how to autocorrect ex headbutt on crossups. 
Learn all his jumpins, j.hk is standard jumpin, his j.mk is his crossup i believe, j.hp has crazy reach but has slow startup. I believe j.mp is also good for beating out certain anti-airs. 
Stand roundhouse hits low and is really fast. One of his best pokes, and you can also combo it after hands. 
jab xx fierce hands is great, and you can mix in ochios as well once they get into a blocking pattern. 
Sumo splash can be annoying, but also sometimes really unsafe, so I would learn when to use it before spamming it like crazy.
