Future Shop. I had a similar problem finding a place still taking CE preorders (Amazon, EB), but eventually had luck with Future Shop. Plus, $5.00 off, and free shipping isn't that bad of a bonus.

Yu-Gi-Oh, I believe. Konami having the license, and Synchro monsters being a thing in Yu-Gi-Oh. But any of this is way past my time and knowledge of the card game.

Is it really them to blame? Do they own Yu-Gi-Oh in it's entirety or just make the games?
