QL fell a little flat for me based on what was said on the Bombcast. Combat looked boring and repetitive as hell, AI was so stupid and that lip sync was awfully off putting. It may of been that the combat variety wasn't shown well in this because it seemed like it was all bow and melee to me. Pretty meh impression overall after watching this.
just finished 4 this past weekend and i have really mixed feelings on it. i think 3 was when the mechanics of the game (i.e. climbing combat) started to wear on me. not much changed in 4 aside from a few new additions, some taken from the last of us (e.g. moving objects around to climb up, getting boosts from your buddy). that part of 4 was kind of boring and i just thought there was too much of it. i just wanted to get through that stuff to get to the next cut scene. the game could have been much shorter and i still think it would have been amazing because of the characters and the story. that's what drove me through the game. i came to 4 for the story and the characters and naughtydog nailed! what an amazing way to end the series! or was it the end? uncharted 5 staring their daughter and her dog?
