For what it was, I came away fairly positive on the film in its current form. I do agree that Flash’s first scene was creepy but I enjoyed most of the other changes. More time with Cyborg was nice and I’ll take all the time I can get with Jeremy Iron’s Alfred.

I had a blast playing through Bowser’s Fury and it is a really interesting way to add additional value. I honestly compare it a little to the additions Nintendo made in their Mario & Luigi rereleases. This is a very strong package and made it easy to justify yet another Wii U port double dipping my credit card.

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if Nintendo did a smaller experimental project like this on their own once a year with Mario and their other franchises and charged $30 USD for it digitally.

I enjoyed Abby’s content and contributions to the site. I don’t think anyone should look too far into any comment of hers as her job and life is her business first. As for performing an interview too early, I disagree. You don’t know what contract and public/social rules someone’s next employer will have.

As for the debate over someone seeing it as “just a job”, be careful what lofty or misplaced expectations you put on someone. A job puts food on the table, pays for your home, pays for your health, your savings and retirement, your social life and everything else. Never underestimate the stress, pressure, and priority of these things alone and the risks taken to move on to the next thing. Enjoying your job as more than a job is great thing (and i’m not suggesting anyone does or doesn’t) but depending on the circumstances it can also become unhealthy and its unreasonable to push that on anyone as it just doesn't help.

I think playing WoW with your wife is a good idea.

When I moved in with my partner, we also moved out west and we were fairly isolated in the winter with no family around and few friends. She plays only a few games but loves WoW. I had never played as I lose interest in MMORPGs fairly quick but the idea of having her play right beside me sounded fun. I loaded up and we both sat on the couch with fresh characters. It was actually pretty fun to do and likely will return to this holiday season.

We also play Clubhouse Games President and Yacht Dice fairly regularly before bed. You only need one copy of the game, while the other person downloads the guest pass from the eShop. You might be able to both do that for President as I think thats in the demo?

Hate is a stretch and the new controller sounds awesome but I’m always on the side for options. I think PS4 controllers should still be allowed to be supported by individual developers at least.

I’ve had the same experience including the weirdly continuing weak spawns at the end of some arenas. I also had a climbing/collision glitch that launched me up up and away through the skybox.

It was rough as hell at first getting used to using everything again but damn rewarding once I got back into the groove. Without getting into spoilers, one of the new demons is a relentless bugger but I love them. I’m using mods I never used once in the base game. Looking forward to finishing this tomorrow.

I bought the collection knowing full well what I was getting and enjoyed playing through Galaxy on the touch screen. It is some excellent emulation efforts for sure but the price makes the arguments and criticism against it deserved.

I think its a fair thought and reflection. I put in an order on an X and I’m also conflicted over the why. Similarly, gaming is a hobby I’ve invested a lot into. I think its the urge to goof with new tech in my case. So I’ve told myself I’ll only keep my pre-order if I sell my current Xbox One S, my Oculus Rift setup and any other unneeded stuff I have. I’m well invested in Game Pass and look forward to ehats coming but I honestly have no clue what is coming on launch day. That’s just straight up dumb.

I really enjoyed the anime but never found time to take in the visual novel until grabbing Steins;Gate Elite on the Switch this week. Provided one is not attached to the original art style of the other versions, it is a fantastic way to experience the story and I thorough enjoyed it all. Seeing the endings and content glossed over or outright skipped in the anime was a great and satisfying.
