Does anyone else hare deal with strong depression and suicidal thoughts like pre quarantine? If so what are you doing to halp? I’m running out of rope due to cliche lockdown issues + fear about being able to move as planned in couple weeks. Any suggestions my normal method to deal with episodes is working out but that’s no longer. Ironically my new place would have everthing I need to take of myself better but with the lack of space, everything being packed and fear of eating & buying food due to kneaded to save money I was hoping for something none food related?
