We don't need a ton of rules, the problem is a bunch of kids coming on here to make threads such as what you said out of boredom or for not knowing better.
I'm reading Naomi Novik right now, specifically the Temeraire Series. It's an alternate reality of the Napoleonic Wars where not only a British Army and Navy fight to fend off the French but also the Air Corp with Dragons.
It's refreshing because it's not just another "Dragon" book she really changes things up. 20-25 men are all harnessed on to these Dragons with musket men and everything. If you thought boarding a boat was thrilling you will be surprised when they start doing it from dragon to dragon.
