You're totally right. I had planned to get this on 360, but I hadn't even thought of that. Like IIRC, you would press square to ready the gun and release to shoot, but if you slowly released it then Snake would lower the gun without shooting. I wonder what they'll do with this.

This exact problem happened to me back in the beginning of August. My card was charged for about $100 worth of MS points, all of which were apparently used to buy FIFA DLC. It's been 58 days since my account was locked and Microsoft began their investigation, and I've called them three times since then(actually on the phone with them right now) and they're unable to give me an explanation as to why it's taking so long. I mean, the reps I'm talking to are at least nice about it, and that probably has to do with the fact that I'm not flipping out at them here from the other end, but they seem to have no information whatsoever. It's pretty frustrating.
