There are a few threads for this.  This is the biggest one.  If you post there you'll be put on the list sooner or later.  Most people don't see blog posts unless they're on your friend's list here already or you attach the blog post to a forum.  Attaching blog posts is just like making a thread though, so be careful not to make duplicates.  You've probably noticed already that duplicate threads get locked pretty quick.  Blog posts can also be seen by going to the top navigation bar and going to Users ▼ Activity Feed, but I'm not sure how many users actually use that feature.
