Back when early "pre-alpha" images and footage was being released, BioWare was seeking feedback and I was distressed how some of the early stuff was drifting away from the "Mass Effect Look" and toward a more generic "bulky space marines in space" aesthetic. So I responded to their feedback with my concerns and urged them to do more to make Andromeda look like a Mass Effect game. I wouldn't presume to say I moved the needle on my own, but to their credit the game (kett aside) looks like it fits the universe. However, I now find myself wishing I had expressed more concern about the level of writing and technical quality.
