Everything Everywhere All At Once: 4/5

Sure, there were a few plot holes, but it didn't get in the way of enjoying the movie.

Biggest obstacle for me subbing next year is the plethora of gaming information outlets that intrigue me and a lack of time to fit them all in.

Just a few years ago, I'd read the IGN website and supplement those with podcasts from Giant Bomb. I didn't have time or, frankly, the desire to watch or listen to IGN podcasts.

Now, there's Nextlander, GB 2.0, Jeff's Patreon, and who knows what on the horizon. I know I won't have time for all of them, so it will come down to which interests me the most.

Jeff is a legend in games journalism. I suspect he'd roll his eyes or be embarrassed by that assertion, but it's the truth.

I'm looking forward next month to watching Sony's "State of Play, and other similar streams from Microsoft, Nintendo, etc while the Giant Bomb guys talk over. As a premium member, I never bothered to check if it's premium content, but it's always something I've enjoyed. I mean, I can go anywhere to watch these streams, but I prefer to hear GB's take on things while the streams are on going.

In 1975, my dad read aloud to the family a newspaper article about video games and how they were going to revolutionize home entertainment. I have to hand it to my father, he was always into the latest technological gadgets and it doesn't surprise me the article caught his eye and he was so eager to share by reading the article aloud. Sadly, he died a year later and wasn't alive to see me to play on an Atari 2600 a few years later.

BRAVIA XR A90K 4K HDR OLED TV with smart Google TV (2022)

I've been looking for a high end TV that is less than 50 inches and I found it!

What can I say? I don't like gaming on really big TVs, but I wanted HDR/120 HZ support.

In truth, I may not pull the trigger on this bad boy if it doesn't support ATSC 3.0 ( haven't been able to find out since it's not for sale yet ) or I'll wait a few years until it does.

A few years ago, I was browsing a message board about the FF13 trilogy and people were joking that somebody at SE must have had an unhealthy obsession with the Lightning character because FF13 had not 1 but 2 sequels. Could be true if you think about it. Hell, 7 didn't get a remake until 20 years later, and FF12 argueably one of the best FF didn't get any.

I understand why they won't release brand new games to the premium service, but Sony should strongly consider adding first run games to the premium service several months after release. I would probably sign up for their highest tier if they did that, cause frankly, I usually wait several weeks before buying a new game anyway.

Most video games are violent at their core with the exception of, I suppose, puzzle games, racing games and aircraft/truck simulators. I'd rather people knock skulls to get their frustations out in the virtual world than in the real one thank you very much.
