This video seems really dark. Is that just how Hitman is supposed to look?

@darth_navster: I've got a cap too, but local internet is in a weird place where there's very clearly not 'net neutrality' and nobody cares, because downloads at my ISP for Steam or Xbox don't count towards it while every other gaming store does. Impulse playing is still rare because the downloads take so long, of course. If I change my mind about something I deleted above I'll have an afternoon or longer to reconsider my decision before I can actually open it...

Did a bird just shoot another bird? I don't think that happens in nature.

It's the post-apocalyptic Paris beneath them that's weirdest to me, and I'm wondering now if the developers have pages of history and lore about the world or just wanted to avoid animating people and traffic. Like, was there a human/super-bird war? Did we lose??

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that Frank's apparently using a Windows phone, or at least a phone with the WP keyboard but iPhone top bar...

The style of this trailer (slightly-shaky cam, as if somebody's actually filming it) versus the camera operator's near-total lack of reaction to the helicopter crashing inches in front of them makes the opening shot feel super weird to me.

Not to mention - and I assume I'm just getting the framework confused with the trees and stuff behind it - that transformer in the middle of the picture right at the beginning seems to be floating in mid-air. Am I going crazy on that? Can anyone else see it?

This is impressive! I did something similar for #2 and lost interest in doing it again for other games, but I'm glad somebody else did it properly. And weirdly it never occurred to me to do that simple 'assets/turn' chart which is SUPER sensible in hindsight.

I might mess around with your data later, it's meaningless as a statistic but I wonder what an 'average' game looks like (i.e. averaging data per turn versus appending the games).

This is neat - I never found the current wiki too annoying, but from the example in the video I guess I just blamed my internet and browser. It's a great resource though. I know I've added to a few pages with information that's basically nowhere else on the web (too trivial for Wikipedia, too in-depth for MobyGames)...

Probably too early for specifics, but do you have plans for 'organising' concepts and the like? I made my own little tree to make it easier to find relevant stuff instead of having to rack my brain for ideas and names; it almost worked but was too ad-hoc and impossible to keep updated. Sometimes there are user lists, or relevant collections in the related concepts tab, but it's not that common.

Along a similar line, what's the future of unique descriptions for related items? The option is so obscure I only discovered it existed a few weeks ago.

@bollard: Even if I wasn't such a goody-two-shoes (do people still say that?), my backlog is already long enough! Plus I have a feeling I'd actually be disappointed with most of the older ones if I actually got to try them out.
