I will say, watching this is hard. BUT I seriously also got stuck on that factory mission in the same room wondering why the hell the last four people on my minimap were in the damn ceiling!!! Seriously almost quit the game it took me a whole hour to find that stupid elevator. Such a badly designed mission.
Yes, this happened to me too. I had to look this one up to complete it. There is a door off of some stairway that is super easy to miss.
As a workaround to watch the video right now, click download and then change the date in the URL to 2016/04/02. Should be able to either stream it or download it from there.
