This made my week hearing my stupid story on the Bombcast about my weird giant Jager bottle. @jeff You are correct it was a lot of fun having a car sized bottle of Jager around. You are also correct in saying that it caused me to go into cold sweats.
I run a raspi for classic games and if you look enough through the forums and the community you find out the people who complain about not being able to run a PS2 game on it aren't willing to actually get into the hobby. I have a friend with a mister and I can't tell the difference between my retropi and his mister. I will say though, Redream the Dreamcast emulator will run very well on a pi and that's about the only system from that era that will run on it. Even N64 games chug a bit
Edit: TLDR I think anything worth playing on the Mister is also worth playing on a retropi and the average person wouldn't know the difference and is significantly cheaper.
I discovered Two Minutes to Late Night last summer during the height of the pandemic and loved it. Seriously the cover of Cowboy Song they did with Ben Weiman was spectacular. Also, they somehow tricked Janeane Garofalo into doing a cameo on an episode.
I'm going to miss this show and while I know the site isn't going anywhere, the Beastcast felt like it was home or a just a base for me to attach myself every week. I'm from Long Island, NY and I live there now, but for 5 years of my life I lived in Cincinnati, OH. I was very homesick the entire time and you guys always made me feel just a little better on those low days.
@azuregale: Wish I had read the comments section before putting this on. I would have just listened to it. I'm legit going to have nightmares about that. I'm also laughing my ass off but you know the way you do when you just watched the monster eat someone in the scary movie
