Well in America you DO have the right to own guns, but do I agree with that right? Hell no! It's not that I have a problem with guns, it's the people that own them that concerns me.

It kinda serves you right in a way, you shouldn't swear around people you don't know because you don't know how they'll react to it, but if she wont even accept an apology then that's a bit harsh. Anyway you should work on not swearing to much, because if you go overboard it looses its effect and you just sound silly.
