@sumbog: Their voices were as dull as the color palette. Despite that, I think the side characters giving you missions were still the best characters in the game and the best part of the story.
@ascagnel: I personally think if they either made it like FC4 where you can reset a checkpoint to fight again or (I wouldn't want this one as much) made a Dark Souls system where the enemies won't spawn until you do a specific action (like going to a bonfire in Dark Souls). What that action would be, I don't entirely know.
@onemanarmyy: Yeah when I was writing this I thought about that category. Honestly I think this will be the last year they have this award unless they include Switch games.
@arbitrarywater: Before playing these games, I actually played a bit of RE Remastered, and I would say I enjoyed what I played. Part of the reason I loved RE7 was the fact that it called back to those earlier games. I just didn't have the earlier games because I don't have access to them (I didn't feel like going through roms).
@dgtlty: I was originally going to go through all of them, but I couldn't find a way to play some of them unless I got roms. I personally didn't want to go the rom route, so I decided just to go from 4 on.
