Any new suggestions on what to do with videos not working? It’s been days and at best I get 15 minutes before a video pauses and I can’t watch anything. I’ve waited the 24 hours but once a video starts it happens again. Seems couple of other users are experiencing the same issues.

Same issues as above. Watching videos midstream then will stop as if buffering. Then no videos are available with Jeff’s error message. Waiting 24 hrs does fix it but it happens again. Seems to affect my iOS device only as my fire tablet and tv can play giant bomb videos, albeit from a different app.

Update. It’s happening on my fire devices as well.

Just an update on my situation. Everything works as normal after waiting 24hrs. Sadly I can’t get video buddy back because it’s no longer available, but using Bomb cyclone now. Appreciate all the help from everyone. And just wait it out griffin. It will most likely come back up as long as your api history looks fine. Thanks once again.

@rorie: thanks rorie. I’ll wait a little while to see if it corrects. I’ll keep you posted.

@conmulligan: thank you for the suggestion. I checked the api key and it says my pull rate is fine. And the only requests are my own. Yet I’m still getting that error video. I’ve tried reinstalling and logging out and back in, yet no dice. But I can still view any video in my iPhone chrome browser. And an app on my android device. Can this be iOS related? Nothing has changed since I used it this morning.

@rorie: no issues on desktop, or with an android app. I also tried downloading a completely different app (Bomb cyclone) and I’m having the same issue. I’m on an iPhone 7 ios13. But I’ve been using the apps for a while now without any issue. It just happened suddenly.

I’m on my phone and both video buddy and burger is throwing up the error video message about my credentials not being authenticated. It was literally just working before I paused it and when I restarted the video I started receiving a video with Jeff’s voice. Is it just me? Any suggestions?

Hi duders, GBE (giant bomb east) clan just purged a lot of our inactives. If anyone on PC is looking for a clan or even looking to change to a more active clan, look us up or reply to this post. We try our best to do all-clan raids on weekend nights (est.) We typically have around 5 actives weekday nights and 8+ closer to weekends. Would be great if we can have more! WT5 preferred since most of us are waiting for TU5 and raiding. My UPLAY is bluebearsw if anyone has questions too.

@originalyellow: sure thing. I try to post when we get a raid going so people can make that time available. What’s your uplay. Better yet, when/if you leave your clan just send a request in. I can’t invite people if they are already in a clan
