Yeah I'm also really enjoying it. Driving around is super fun, it controls well and I fucking love crashing through objects. Tank mode is aight, nothing special but there's enough there to be entertaining.
The puzzle aspect however is definitely cumbersome but I'm still enjoying it. I think the whole item interface itself is super fucking slow which is the main reason the Batmobile puzzles are cumbersome.

As a whole the game is definitely weaker then Arkham Asylum but pretty much on par with City at the moment. I like that the story goes pretty fucking dark in places, at least so far.

Remasters and re-releases can be totally neat but at the moment they are papering over the gigantic cracks in Sony and Microsoft's (Microsoft less so) 2015 lineup.

With a real lack of big first party games coming this year from Sony it instead makes them look incredibly lazy(lazy is the wrong word here but can't think of the right one).

Awesome. Will be interesting to take Bloodbornes graphics and technology and apply it to the Dark Souls universe which usually has a more interesting colour palette and crazier areas.

That'll probably be neat but at the same time it's the WORST trend of 2015.

Never heard of the dude before but excited to see what he'll bring to Giant Bomb. He seemed alright on the beastcast at least.

Also the way they announced this was kinda weird. They played it off as a joke at first on the Beastcast, then seemed to be serious about it but still I was sat wondering if they were serious or not about him being hired.

@thatonedudenick: You're totally right but at the same time, as I said in my post, EA brought this on themselves by calling this Battlefront and not Star Wars Battlefield. This is a game fans of the originals have been waiting for almost 10 years and with multiple leaks and cancellations.

The more I read about this game the more I think its fucking crazy that they are going to sell it for full price. It sounds really lacking in content. No single player story/campaign, no space battles and DLC out the ass.

It's still months off so who knows but I was super excited for this when announced and my excitement has pretty much died. I guess we'll see at E3 if there's anything going for this game besides being a Star Wars lick of paint over Battlefield and with half the content. I realized a couple of weeks ago that EA and Dice made a huge fucking mistake naming this Battlefront because its only going to disappoint fans of the original games, they probably should've just named it Star Wars Battlefield since that's what it is.

Yeah DLC and Season passes are expensive as fuck but you gotta remember that DLC is usually never worth buying as its either cosmetic garbage or the most bland missions in a game. I almost never buy DLC and season passes as they are almost always terrible. The one exception was the Mass Effect series.

@young_scott: Yeah my big hope is that it somehow eliminates the GT timeline although GT is so far in the future it doesn't sound like it will.

I also agree that it'd be super interesting to go in the direction mentioned in your spoilers. Its been emphasized more so in XV (Great game and story) and possibly its the only way they can introduce interesting situations and enemies that are on par or close to Goku and Vegetas power.

Kinda wondering if they'll give any attention to the other main characters that have kinda become side characters since the end of Z. Gohan and Piccolo look like they may have 'retired' but prehaps more on Trunks, Goten and even Pan. I hope they age Trunks and Goten a bit as well since they have looked the same since Z ended, despite the fact BotG and RoF take place a couple of years after DBZ ended.

Yeah this is cool news. It'll be interesting what format they go with and which characters are the main ones, I'm guessing Goku and Vegeta as per usual but those dudes are like in their 50s or very close to it in the current timeline. As long as Toriyama is involved in it I can be optimistic. I think their biggest problem is finding situations and enemies strong enough to take on Goku since hes a God now.

It'd be neat if they focus on the new generation (Goten, Trunks and Pan) but I doubt they'll do that.
