A specific thing about Bioware games; no standardized way for NPCs behave in conversation. It's hard to explain directly, so I'll use an example. I am currently playing through Inquisition since I'm waiting for Zelda to arrive. I'll use two characters from that game.

So, let's take Varric and Blackwall. When I talk to Varric I'll get a ton of things I can ask him about. Like for instance, how he feels about this or that character. This can be done very specifically by asking "How do you feel about Blackwall?".

When I talk to Blackwall, I'll get a similar dialogue choice, but it only says "what do you think of our companions" and I'll get a response about a random character. It's just a weird disconnect, and I'd prefer it to be one standard.

Also, I would love for a message to pops up down the lines of "Varric wants to talk to you", every time a character has new dialogue, not just when he has quests. It's such a weird and annoying thing having to run around Skyhold or the Normandy between missions just to check if someone has something new to say, which seemingly happens at random. Sure, there's new dialogue between main missions, but there's tons of other situations as well. As a completionist gamer, this kinda bothers me.

Oh, so many.

Opening doors without animation is probably my number one however. It's just so lazy and a stupid thing for developers not to implement.

If the WiiU version is solid, I'm buying this fucking game. Did not think I would, but the reviews have been so insane. Also, it looked like the guys just loved what they saw during the quick look.

I would have voted, but I have to sign up for this thing? Not down for that.

You have to sign up, but you don`t need to confirm the e-mail, so you can just use a fake e-mail.

Then I'll do it.

...

And it will be great.

You've done a quarter of the needed games in a sixth of a year. You're way ahead of schedule.

The official reasoning:

Yeah, well "WE" determined that your company has made some seriously questionable choices lately, and your work has significantly fallen in quality since Mass Effect 2. "WE" also determined that "WE" would like to test part of your game before committing to an actual purchase. Being that we no longer seem to have that option, "WE" determined that keeping our pre-orders would not be necessary.

That is probably the most entitled post I've ever read on the internet. Good on you for breaking records and stuff.

Ugh..

Side note: When you release one of the greatest video games of all time, namely ME2, it's understandable that you don't reach the same heights with subsequent attempts. Still, I have yet to play a bad Bioware game. Or even one that I didn't like. That's more than I can say for most developers.

If you enjoy not enjoying yourself, watch them. If you value life, maybe steer clear.
