@rorie: Thanks for the update. That would really be appreciated. I actually came in just now to check because I tried to watch the Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight trailer that just went up and I got as far as the Playstation noise 2 seconds in before it stopped. It's kind of nuts how bad it is at times. I realize it's out of GB's hands directly, so sorry for reposting about this from time to time, but I suppose someone has to or no one would even know this was ongoing.

@rorie: Hey Rorie. This happens on randomly, but often on my laptop and my desktop. Both running Win 10. One wired and one on wifi.

This continues to be my video experience with premium videos. Stopping to buffer for quite a while 6 seconds into UPF. This was after it already happened 2 seconds in. It never smooths out. Randomly, I'll have decent premium video playback, but most days when I see this happening, I just have to give up and do something else.

Still happening to me too. Trying to watch the Unprofessional Fridays archive for 3/16/2018 and made it up to the start of the X-men segment, about 42 minutes in and the buffering issues began. All other aspects of my connection are fine, only GB content.

I just counted 46 seconds of buffering and then it played for 10 seconds before stopping to buffer again. That ain't good.

Yep. Still happening. Since my last post, I've doubled my internet speed and replaced my router (unrelated to this giantbomb stuff), but the same problems remain.

Out of curiosity, I started pinging giantbomb-vh.akamaihd.net just to see and I was surprised to see so many dropped packets. Pinging the regular giantbomb.com address never missed a single one.

Ran this while Blue Bombing was buffering around every 9 seconds.

Same with me. Been that way for a while now.

One of the site devs looked into my issue and contacted the CDN, but it sounds like the CDN folks are saying "it's not us."

Here's one of the messages I got back.

I heard back from our CDN and they are seeing all other users on the same node you are using are downloading much faster. If you're seeing the speed drop and recover that rapidly that could point to some sort of throttling done by either some software on your PC or on some network device on your network. Do you have any network management software or any advanced router settings set? Sorry I can't do more to help, unfortunately on my end there's little I can do. I can keep poking our CDN but they seem to just be pointing the finger back at your ISP.

So, in my case, I don't have anything on my end that would be affecting it. No other streaming service or download location does this. I'm on Comcast. Any of you guys having issues on Comcast as well?
