On topic; I think Firewatch is a great example to pick on as a "What is art?" game for some meta reasons.

The marketing literally didn't know how to position it. "What is Firewatch?" became a thing because they couldn't say "It's a meditation on a guy running away from his responsibilities". Or more succinctly "It's an experience, hope you get something out of it".

It's much easier to be a little J.J. Abrams about the whole thing, and set it up as a mystery-box-style-mindfuck-conspiracy.

This has the mixed effect of annoying gamers who bought a thing thinking it was something else; overshadowing those who played and enjoyed it; and attracting the attention of the weird "git yur messejes outtah mah gayme" crowd.

I think that says more about the state of the game-playing public than it does about the game, honestly, but Rome wasn't built in a day.

I've been enjoying a lot of what GB has been doing lately.

Voidburger is most definitely one of those things.

David Attenborough is the Our Planet guy Brad was thinking of.

Richard was his brother, who played John Hammond in Jurassic Park. That might be appropriate for its own reasons.

This game looks awesome.

Hitman is such a perfect fit for VR jank. This is the funniest stream in a while boys, thank you.

The game had such self-aware humor about the nature and ridiculousness of vidyagames already; VR slips on like a glove (with two hands out, directly ahead, twisting awkwardly).

Secretly hoping we might be able to coax one Mr D Ryckert Esq. into a guest appearance for some kind of VR special with Brad.

"Make better choices you silly characters!" might be the best one line review of TLOU2 possible.

My favorite line in My Cousin Vinny is Marisa Tomei sarcastically telling Joe Pesci "Oh, my, you are a smoothtalker. You are, no you are!"

Would have to be in there please, Jeffy B.

OMG Brie is NOT a fancy cheese !

I can't help but think that Dan thinks any cheese you don't spray out of a can is fancy cheese, so the barrier for entry is pretty low.

Brie is regularly combined with bacon.

This automatically steps it a level up on the Cheese Appreciation Index. (Though the regular partnership with cranberry does hold it back a couple of extra percentage points).
