If you ask me, neither did Rorschach. He gave the guy a saw to try and free himself, and then lit him on fire, which to me is creepier and more brutal than a meat cleaver.
Rorschach. It's easy, although Batman is a bad-ass, and will beat the shit out of you if you do something cruel or illegal, Rorschach is a bad-ass who will kill you just for pissing him off. Remember that guy who used to pretend he was a supervillain?
