You should listen to Pissed Jeans, they're great. New album's one of my favourite of 2013 so far. As for me, only one I can think of is Alabama Shakes. Not entirely sure why, just had no interest in doing so and the name was part of the reason.

127 Hours by Danny Boyle had some incredible shots. Looper, too. People have mentioned Children of Men, which came to my mind instantly. Drive's cinematography is to die for as well. Requiem For a Dream!

Bioshock is what immediately springs to mind. Stuck with me more than any other game in a long, long time.
