I just wanted to drop a message to let anyone who's curious about this game know that it's a pretty faithful mobile adaptation of the core Eve game experience to mobile devices. I've been playing since release and I am really enjoying it. I'm mostly mining and industry-focused so far. I played the original Eve and now Eve Echoes as Telriq Adjona. I've been trying to keep the "giantbomb" and "giantbombing" chat channels going in Echoes so if you decide to kick the tires on this game join those channels!

Same as @giglianomiro the NoClip documentary got me back into the game. I've been enjoying it for the last week! I figured its time to join the clan if there's room!

Late to the game here but I'm definitely on team shave it. I've been shaving my head for the last 7 years (37 years old now). Its pretty easy to do it yourself. I highly recommend this guy https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014SG66UO. When shaving I start the process leaning over the bathtub so that most of mess is concentrated there. Once the bulk of the work is done I use the bathroom mirror and a hand mirror to do all of the touch-up work standing up with a few towels underneath me. There's very little mess to clean up!

Since all of the Mixlr channels playing the Bombcast and Beastcast's on shuffle are currently retired I figured I'd mentioned a project that I've been working on that accomplishes very similar goals.

This is a website that I put together that automatically plays older Bombcast and Beastcast episodes on shuffle. It does this without requiring a central server and also plays the episodes from the giantbomb servers. Hopefully that lets the staff at GB have better visibility and track who's listening to the back catalog than the Mixlr did.

Lately I've been toying with the idea of implementing something similar to The Bombcast Rewind but without a server side component. Would it be possible to write a web page that randomizes all available Bombcast / Beastcast episodes as published by the RSS feeds and play each back in a predictable order with a basic html5 <audio> element that plays the original mp3's hosted by giantbomb.com? Can this website also ensure that all visitors are listening to the same episode at the same timestamp at all times? Can all of this be done in javascript without a central server?
