I'm looking for something to fill the Alto's Oddysey sized hole in my mobile gaming heart. What's your current mobile game of choice. Whether it be a wonderful puzzler, a surprisingly in-depth mobile rpg, a gacha game, or just an idle clicker. Feed me!

I was browsing upcoming new releases and heard some folks in the comments talking about The King's Bird. I had never heard about this thing, so I checked it out. Apparently it's been at a few PAX shows, and it looks freakin' crazy.

I went from not knowing this game exists to being pretty excited. Hopefully tomorrow there will be some reviews for it, but I'm not really aware of how much attention it has. So, anyways, it's news to me and I wanted to share. The movement reminds me a lot of N+, and that's a very good thing. Fingers crossed it turns out to be as good as it looks.

@kingbonesaw: "Prince of Persia game made in the Ubiart engine." I never knew how much I wanted this until now. I absolutely love this idea.

Just saw Ready Player One! I know the history of this thing, and expected this movie to be garbage. The only saving grace, in my opinion, was that it had the Spielg-boy at the helm.

I saw it, and thought it was a fun light-hearted film that was cohesive and well told. My main issue was that I felt it could have really said more about nostalgia, living in an awful world and escaping through virtual means, virtual relationships, etc.

Nevertheless, that's mainly me projecting what I wanted it to be. I just wish it had something to say beyond some surface level stuff. If it did have more to say, I wasn't seeing it. Regardless, it was a good time.

Anyways, I wanted to heat everyone's opinions after seeing the movie!

And yes, we know how they mishandled the Iron Giant.

Hey er'body!

This is a really dumb question, but I gotta get it off my dome. I've just been playing Grim Dawn and Warframe a lot lately:

Is there some sort of Sci-fi Diablo style game out there? I'm talking straight up just Diablo with laser guns, robots, and polished floors.

It's such a simple idea that it has to have been made. But if not? I want it.

I'm a simple man.

We're slowly but surely coming up on a new E3. Let us think past the fact that E3 itself is changing itself in major ways - potentially to the point where it will no longer exist in the coming years - and that it soon may no longer be the treasure trove of announcements it was. Instead, I want you all to shoot for the moon! What would be your dream announcement at the upcoming E3? Be as crazy as possible, just let it be your dream come true.

A game, a console, an odd gaming peripheral, a cryptocurrency?

My answer? Give me that hot new Electronic Arts crypto. What could they call it? I mean, they gotta do something with the Star Wars license now. If the execs at Disney didn't like Battlefront II, they'll certainly take to Yoda-coin.

I can see the slogan now: "The only thing that can truly disrupt the world economy is the force."

So, as I was asking ...

Your game company of choice comes out onto the E3 stage and announces [fill in the blank]!

Sonic Racing Transformed is the best kart racer ever made. It is tough for people with experience in the genre, and easy for these new to it. Also, there's more to do than race! Tons of other unique events mix into the races. All the events are a blast. The entire game is playable with 4 players. The characters range from Sonic, to B.D from Crazy Taxi, to "Football Manager," to Dannika Patrick. Wanna play as a Shogun from Total War? You got it! Not to mention it has some bonkers tracks from even obscure sega properties. It's a blast. Absolutely rediculous in tone, a fantastic announcer, it handles like a dream, and has some pretty great tracks to boot!

What's your all time favorite kart racer?

Just wrapped up my time with Super Mario Galaxy (had a killer time), but am looking to play Nier: Automata real bad. So far everywhere I have tried to sell it or trade it in has felt like a total dud. I was just curious what your go to trade-in, game-swap, or game selling website is?

I like everything surrounding Jet Set Radio. The whole style, music, and presentation are great. The issue I am having is that these controls are infuriating to me. This is my very first time playing Jet Set, and it's on PC with an Xbox One Gamepad, so I don't have any sort of muscle memory / nostalgia for the controls. I have played many Jet Set-inspired things, and absolutely loved that way of traversing the environment. Nevertheless, after two hours, Jet Set Radio's controls are driving me up the wall. Let me be clear, this is a pretty dated game at this point, and I am not well experienced with it, so I am not out here to drag its good name through the mud. Like I said, I absolutely love the style and premise of the game.

What I want to ask is this: To those of you who have played it, are the controls meant to be this difficult to handle at first? Do I need to "get good?" Does it have to do with it being an old game, with controls designed for older controllers? Does it simply not hold up the way it used to, with future games refining the traversal it first created? Is it just me?

Share your thoughts!

Hey! I haven't heard anyone talking about this since its release yesterday. I have no means or intentions of playing it anytime soon, but it seems interesting! Loved Doom 2016. Well, how is Doom VFR?
