"Wreckateer"? More like, "Wrecked My Career".

Still one of Lang's best lines.

I've similarly been going back and playing a lot of older games this year. There have only one or two big new releases that I've enjoyed to any extent, and most of the indie stuff has also been pretty ephemeral.

Maybe I am just a sucker for a good deckbuilder, but at the moment, Monster Train and Griftlands are the biggest standouts of 2020 for me.

I certainly understand that it can be hard to listen to, especially right now with so many other things going on at the same time, but please do try to be aware of what's going on so that we can all learn and do better.

@discohippoletsgo: There is a pretty big difference between the government "overstepping" by trying to protect people from a pandemic and the police "overstepping" by committing violence against the people they're supposed to protect.

Also, while I won't deny that the government response to the pandemic was flawed and individuals and small businesses didn't get the support they needed, it certainly didn't look like that insufficient support was what was being protested in places like Michigan. It looked to me like the people protesting just wanted to force service industry employees back to work so that they could go back to enjoying those services.

@balki_bartokomous: Do you really not see a difference between people protesting because they want a haircut and people protesting because they don't want to be murdered in the middle of the street by police?

Yu Yu? Outlaw Star? Big O? Where are you?!?!?!? Besides these gross oversights, pretty fun content.

I had this initial reaction too, but after I thought about it, there are a lot of animes like Yu Yu Hakusho and Outlaw Star that are associated more with Adult Swim. I mean, Cowboy Bebop was on Adult Swim, so this would be a much different bracket if we were including those shows.

This is the blog post that we all need right now. Agree with @cubidog that a roguelike/roguelite category would be a good addition - Dead Cells, Slay the Spire, etc.

Credit to the devs for coming up with some interesting ideas for adapting the anime into a game, but it looks like they goofed up and made it play like trash.
