5. Dead Space 2
I`ve wished for a Survival Horror game based on the Alien franchise ever since I played the very first Resident Evil. This is probably as close as I`ll get, and that`s fine.
4. Killzone 3
One of my favorite franchises of all time. Love everything from the universe and design to the weight and feel of both movement and combat. Also the only FPS this year that delivered on both SP AND MP.
3. Battlefield 3 (PC)
Most fun I`ve had in multiplayer.. ever!
2. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
It`s almost surreal to think that this masterpiece was released by a small polish developer the same year as Bioware gave us Dragon Age 2. This is simply one of the greatest RPG`s ever made. No question about it!
1. Dark Souls
Not since I was thirteen and played A Link to the Past, have I thought about a game as I went to bed, woke up and every hour in-between. Dark Souls is not only my game of the year but my game of this generation and probably of all time.
