If I am seeing correctly, what you should be asking to do is get your password for your other account forcibly reset and one your posting with now deleted.
I would suggest actually stating the user ID of your old account in your PM to support or @idbloc would help locating your billing.

It would be better coming from yourself, however it does seem obvious to me that you pay monthly, have a silver membership on your other account and the account has a similar name to the one you have now.

It is quite a good site, well done. I do have a request though, is it possible to mark a game as uncompleted after marked as complete?.

The reason for this is it is possible and has happened where games after release will have more achievements added to them [An example of this is the achievements added during the portal 2 launch event]. Also if you have games that have similar names an make a mistake and mark the game as complete by accident.

I said No. I see it as a gross invasion of privacy that reveals a lot about a person that they have the right to keep to themselves should they choose.

In school I got really good grades but does that make me a better person than someone at the time did not. It would serve only further to split the unity of people further apart.

So I think the idea of posting grades for all to see as done in some parts is just the wrong way to go about doing it.

However in regards to forums, a little leeway on choices A through E is acceptable.
But this is just my opinion, based on personal preference.
