Can someone answer a few questions for me, please? 
 
1)  I started my LIVE membership when the 360 launched... I didn't have LIVE for the original XBOX.  Did the memberships for the original XBOX roll-over to the 360?  More specifically, say you still had a year or so left on your LIVE account when the 360 launched... were you able to use that account on your new 360? 
 
2)  Is there reason to believe that a new XBOX hardware iteration (be it next year or the year after) would allow you to roll-over your current 360 gold membership to another console?

Not to be a stick in the mud but a greater enhancement would be to get rid of the grey text on the black background.  It's a major detraction.  Take a look at the news / release bar on the right.  Heck, even look at your own screen grab.  

Gray color type on a black background... geesh.  Just nasty.  Change your colorsets already.   :(  

Maybe the discussion should be around more than black or gray?  Again... love the idea, love the site but the initial impression of the main page suffers due to the color selection IMHOP.  

I've tried both.  Both are equally under-whelming.  

Understand... or agree?

I'm not arguing against the layout... it's the color scheme that I'm talking about.
