Applying thermal paste isn't a huge deal unless you put on way too much or way too little. I find the best way is to do the the small pea or dot like Brad had originally put on and then apply the heat-sync directly on top without manually spreading it with your hand. The pressure from tightening the heat-sync will spread the paste evenly in a circle over the cpu. That way you get full coverage of paste and no air bubbles.
The last time I played this game was the month it came out, and I remember Pianta Village very clearly compared to every other level. It left a mark on my soul that will never heal, I swear I felt a shiver in my spine when they first loaded into it. That level is a fucking abomination summoned from the dark depths of whatever hell exists in the Marioverse.
You can debate the quality of Mario Sunshine, but Pianta Village is an untenable piece of trash that Nintendo forgot to pick up and throw away when they were developing the game. Fuck it and everything it stands for.
This was incredibly fun to watch. I love Mario Sunshine! I'm with Dan for the most part. I think this game still controls great. The only real flaw is the camera doing whatever sometimes but that happens in just about every 3d platformer.
@gregalor: I do feel like Dan would've appreciated some of this dumb humor. It's meant to be stupid. The game is definitely too expensive but Jeff and Brad act like the Duke stuff is the worst thing to ever happen. I got a giggle or 2 out of it.
