Lol, yeah that's true. I guess I don't mind removing it, as it is the only way most sites make any money. 
 
Though I'd previously disabled it for all my favorite sites (except that one) as I don't want to cut in on them, or for that matter you guys.

I'm no specialist on the matter, and my computer is far from some godly beast, but the video player on GB is usually pretty busted ever since you guys updated it.
 
No matter what settings I choose (streaming, progressive) (low, medium, high) The video starts about half the time, and most of the time, the frame rate gets HELLA choppy after a short period (usually about 30 seconds). At the same time, all of my windows are still super responsive, and I can even open up youtube in another tab, load a video, and it'll play just fine with no choppy-ness.
 
I tried clearing my cookies, and I've recently defragged and run virus scans.

When the video gets choppy (even as low as 5 fps), My processor seldom reaches 100% for either core, and stays at about 52-70%

You clearly misunderstand my point.  Jeff is a good reviewer, but he didn't like the 1st game. Granted, MOST reviewers didn't like the 1st game.... but Jeff's review generated a lot of bad press for the game as a result of him getting fired.  No doubt Jeff's impression of the sequel will hold a lot more weight than most reviewers as a result of that controversy.   So if the Dev's were just spitting out a re-skinned version of K&L1 then chances are Jeff will not like it yet again.  However, the fact that they went out of their way to give him an early look, indicates to me that they are confident that they made a much better game this time around.  We will see how it turns out... but I just think that if this was going to be a half-hearted sequel, then they would try to avoid showing the game off to a reviewer who's likely to have negative things to say about it. I think that they expect Jeff may actually LIKE this game. If they weren't confident in this game, then they would probably give the first look to another outlet that would give it a more positive spin. "

" I think it says good things about the game that the Devs actually brought the game to Giant Bomb for a look. Given all the controversy over Jeff's review on the first game, I can't imagine they would want to be going out of there way to show this game to Jeff's critical eye once again.   If I were the devs, I would want to be keeping this game out of Jeff's hands for as long as possible. Unless I genuinely thought the game was really amazing. In that case, they probably think it will review well, and a good review from Jeff would create a lot of buzz for a game that is likely off most people's radar.  Personally I liked the premise of the first game & this one sounds cool too. If they can just nail the gameplay then I am in. "
