My favorite years that I fondly look back on were from the very beginning till the end of the Whiskey Media partnership. Fun times watching the guys play snes games for hours with Tested and celebrating the Xboxalypse playing Halo 2 while singing Hello, Goodbye with lyrical changes.

Cell shaded games throughout the last few generations of console. It looked good during the PS2 era if only because cell shading could take advantage of the limitations of the tech with games like Sly Raccoon, Okami and XIII of the top of my head but now I just don't want to see it anymore.

Currently playing two games at the moment, Rayman Revolution in the mornings and Silent Hill 3 at nights.

Rayman Revolution is simply the PS2 port of Rayman 2 with some small differences. It controls well enough and still looks colourful.

Silent Hill 3 is compelling and creepy and I love the grungy art style and the excellent use of light and shadows well before Ray Tracing that seems to be all the rage. I'm playing that game on the original PS2 because atleast it has the original voice cast.

Back when I was in high school in the mid noughts was Duel Masters, a Yu-Gi-Oh knock off that I watched because it was on in the mornings before school but I never enjoyed it.

I'm looking forward to this having played the first and enjoyed it and I'm glad it's still getting released given it hadn't been shown since it was first announced last year. I wonder if this remaster will be based off the ps1 version and not the psp version given the visual comparisons in the video.

This sounds like a box that's moving closer to a 'Games as a Service' initiative but I still feel like a streaming only console is still a bit too early even for 2020 but at least there's a more traditional console launching alongside it. Still if the tech inside the streaming console can alleviate latency issues so they are no longer noticeable then this could be a positive direction for the industry.

I want to see a sequel to Horizon: Zero Dawn as I really enjoyed that game and I'm interested in where that series goes next. I don't believe GG needs to make another Killzone as I don't think it's worth their time and talents when any other studio can make that game.

Putting a voice to Mario is going to be their biggest hurdle.
