Wii v2

I don't know who Nintendo are anymore. In the early to mid 90's they were my platform of choice. At some point they decided they were a casual consumer based company. Thankfully Microsoft and Sony stepped up and filled the void left by Nintendo. I would love to return to the days of hardcore Zelda with my strategy guide and notepad. I long for it.
Nintendo has announced that they will be revealing a new console this year. I began to wonder what they might put in the unit. What follows is a list of requirements I need met before I even consider purchasing the console.
Software:
Games would only be sold via an online marketplace (ala Steam). I want them to do away with cartridges, disks, everything. I feel like the industry is headed in this direction, Nintendo may as well be first. Lead the charge.
The time between turning the console on and being in a game should be no more than 30 seconds. Below is what I think the dashboard should look like, minus the pretty artwork.

That is it. There shouldn't be anything else to choose from. The console should auto calibrate based on your monitor or television on startup. There is no reason that can't happen. There isn't a need for extra crap on the dashboard screen. If you have to have marketing garb, save it for the marketplace.
The games have to be there. Nintendo needs to reach back to the old days. I used to love my SNES and NES. They need to support and welcome more 3rd party developers. They know how to do it, they've just lost their way.
Hardware:
· Hard Disk Drive: Minimum 250GB and 7500 RPM
· Minimum 2GB of RAM
· HDMI Port
· No RJ45. The console should be entirely wireless
· 4 USB 3.0 slots
· Optical audio out
As I said before, this is a wish list. If the specs come close to or exceed these I will willingly hand my cash over to them.
