While Nick Cage has been in a ton of bad movies, this retrospective has again reminded me of how many really fucking good movies he's been in too. It's a shame you can't watch all of them. This series would never end.
At Walmart they have color codes. You can hear them over the store speaker system. "Code Red" means there is a fire.
The weird one is lost child. It's not a color it's just "Code Adam".
When I was in the army we had color codes when I was in Iraq also. "Code Red" meant we were about to have scuds launched at us and we had to get in full MOP gear and get into a bunker immediately.
Just based on the play times it seems like Alex is the only one that wants to play this. At least at this point.
This is a pretty protracted series, and I'm not sure if Giantbomb has ever experienced the point when a series goes on too long for it's players. Well, maybe it has. Both Persona 4 and Deadly Premonition seemed to make them really want to just be done with it by the last 5 episodes (or so) of each.
It's just an interesting thing I noticed. Especially interesting to me given how game Dan is (or at least was?) for doing Endurance Runs.
Oh good. I'm not the only one that realizes Jurassic World is absolute trash.
Also, Jeff Goldblum is a fantastic actor. Watch his best role in Mister frost. No one remembers it for some reason (or, at least, no one seems to mention it), but he is amazing in it. It's the first movie I saw him in and I've never forgotten it.
Ya, this movie is much easier to watch with the commentary. I love watching movies with ya'lls commentary.
I wish you weren't taking votes only on twitter. I would vote for either Snake Eyes, or 8mm. 8mm may be too serious for this (great movie, though), but Snake Eyes is a strong contender in my opinion. Or maybe Bringing out the dead... although that movie may be too slow paced for this series. I love that film too, though. In the early 2000s there was a lot of crazy drug movies and for me that was on the list. Great list of what is coming up, though.
And, also, yes there is a fully automatic pistol. A glock 18 (or 17? I forget)is the most famous since "gangster rap" liked to talk about it a lot in the 90s. Full auto may be a modification, but it does exist.
Edit: Oh YA! Drive Angry might be a good contender. William Fichtner is a fantastic actor that is always getting shitty movies to be in. But damn he always gives his all no matter how bad the movie is.
