I feel like a lot of people who say they "hate" screen protectors haven't seen how good they are now. I challenge people to try using tempered glass screen protectors..they are crystal clear, don't normally get bubbles and will protect your device.
I picked 2010..definitely a fan of 2009-2010-2011 era....my favorite was when it was just Vinny, Ryan, Jeff and Brad. Love the energy drink era, and will never forget moments like "durgers". When Patrick came I actually didn't listen as much, not because I didn't like Patrick but because I knew him SOOO well from the other podcasts I had listened to (listened to ton of 1UP stuff) that I was a little burned out on him. Still good times with him though.
A 2.5 mile walk to work forward and back sounds miserable to me...no bike or car? What are your goals in life? Do you want to be a TA forever? At some point I assume you'd want to move on.
I'm normally against pre-ordering, but it's totally acceptable in many circumstances, especially with Amazon.
For example: I have a Nintendo Switch pre-ordered as it's the perfect system for my lifestyle. I also pre-ordered Breath of the Wild. I don't see how anyone could be criticized for pre-ordering a launch day Zelda game. I need a game to play with the system, I love the Zelda series, and this game will not see a price drop for probably YEARS. Buying it on launch I probably get it for the cheapest I will get it until MAYBE the holiday, and with Nintendo that's a big maybe.
@nagafen: To the OP, I played the Switch at the launch event. It is not a big device, it's more portable than you think. If you take off the joycons, you can probably fit the screen in a large pocket...it's the same size as a 3DS XL, except thinner.
I agree, 2K11 is maybe the best sports game ever. 2K12 is REALLY good as well, and actually has better post moves. I would put 2K11 on top because it paved the way for 2K12.
Not enough people talk about this game, honestly. It's weird when the gaming public ignores sports games..
My favs are prob Sapienza & the final level but I'll give a shout-out to Marrakesh (and the night version). I know it isn't as well loved, and at first I didn't love it either...but in trying to get to level 20 I grew to really enjoy the level. Trying to get Sniper Assassin on it was the tipping point; super fun. I would recommend peeps not that into Marrakesh to really spend time with it.
