Zelda Breath of the Wild by a mile. I finished it earlier in the year and the more I think about it, the less I like it. All I can conclude is that it is a very well-made game that's extremely boring.
Not really useful to comment here on it. I could see from a mile away that Waypoint and other sites like that wouldn't like the game.
I'm not sure what Giant Bomb will think of it, or if they'll even acknowledge it via a quick look or review. If Dan or Brad review the game, I might give it some thought to read the review but I assume everyone else at GB save for maybe Vinny will be dismissive of the game. I could be wrong but that's the just the feeling I get.
I really liked it. Im a huge fan of Blade Runner, and went to see 2049 slightly drunk and it was an overwhelmingly powerful experience.
the only real question I have is what did K get so mad about when he shares his memory with Deckard's daughter?
I initially assumed it was him realizing he wasn't the real child, but he's told this later in the film. I thought it could be something to do with remembering the childbirth and the death of his mother? Im just guessing at this point.
Sorry if this has been asked before but I've always wanted to know who the GB community relate to the most when it comes to their choices in video games. This is not a "who do you like the most"-question but more about what GB member's reviews or outlook on videogames do you tend to agree with the most.
As someone that's been with these guys since the GameSpot days, I think I have a fairly good idea of which members I relate to the most in terms of video games. I've factored in reviews, types of games they like, and the level of openness they have to games that I would find interesting. Also, if you don't want to factor in reviews, then that's fine. Rorie hasn't done many reviews but definitely has some interesting viewpoints on games... same with Vinny and Jason.
I was going to put a poll, but realized that doesn't make any sense because there can be combinations of GB crew members that people can relate to the most instead of one person, for example, I may not like "Brad games" but if Dan and Brad like a game, then I will probably like it.
I honestly don't understand why the first Destiny has such a bad wrap to it.
Its a Diablo-like game, pure and simple. Its based around good shooting mechanics and loot. Its best experienced when listening to podcasts or playing with friends. When you understand this, the game is pretty amazing.
Destiny 2 seems like the first one but apparently with a better story and missions. What is there not to look forward to?
