You'll probably get more time out of Skyrim and Dragon Age, but I would suggest The Witcher 2. I'd consider it to be the most well rounded RPG out of the 3 in terms of game aspects/elements (story/dialog/combat/etc.).

If graphical fidelity is of any concern, The Witcher 2 wins hands down.

edit: If you were looking to start from the beginning, the first Witcher game would also be a good choice for mostly the same reasons (except maybe minus the combat).
