Absolutely heartbroken today. I have been listening to Ryan in podcasts and in videos for over seven years now. I credit the Hotspot and On the Spot and the Bombcast and all those Quick Looks with so many countless hours of pleasure -- not just due to their actual (funny, interesting) content, but also from exposing me to so many fantastic games that I might not have tried otherwise. I feel like I lost a friend today.

Of course I feel bad for his real-life friends, and I feel (incredibly) bad for his wife, but I feel bad for Ryan, too. I'll be at California Extreme this weekend, and Ryan Davis won't, and that fucking sucks.

9 hours this weekend. My eyes hurt. I have the week of Thanksgiving off and need to be careful not to literally injure myself playing too much Skyrim.

I only have the Marvel Pinball tables so far, but might buy the rest of them when I get some more points.

I'm not sure I really feel this game is mandatory after God of War 3.  I mean couldn't they wait at least a year before putting out another one?  Not sure that I care.

OK, so I e-mailed Xbox support, and they just sort of blew me off.  They basically said "try unlocking it again" but I really don't think that would work, because it's already unlocked.  It shows on my Giant Bomb profile, and my Xbox.com profile.  The only place it doesn't show is on my Xbox itself.  I guess it doesn't really matter, but I'm the sort of person that likes things to be complete and correct.

It's either the Greem Exterminator or the Spelunker one.  I can't tell because I got both really close together, and both are worth 15 points.  It did communicate to my Giant Bomb profile, because I see both of them on here, so at least when it refreshes next I'll have my S-Rank on the site.  But it's still odd and disconcerting that it doesn't show up on my actual console profile.
