@gundato: I'm not sure you could do Orkz without CGI and not anger a whole host of WH40K fanboys because they are some very large boyz and Warhammer nerds will tend towards purists.

Anyway, regardless of what they choose to do, hopefully this will be alright. I'd be down for some Warhammer shows. A Necromunda show would be great.

@gundato: I can't think of many WH40K armies that wouldn't need a lot of CGI.

This looks terrible and not in the guilty pleasure way that the original movie is. Also, I love the first person sequence from DOOM. It was stupid and bad and had everything making it terrible but also oh-so-right.

If people are having trouble believing that there are those praising the FPS sequence, you'll lose your mind to know that back in the day there was a loud contingent of people who not only liked that sequence but liked it so much they insisted DOOM needed to be 100% first person with no supporting characters or dialogue.

@nutter: Sure the show made a reference but I don't think Not Terminator was specifically quoting that movie in the context of the narrative. So, I don't think I'd count it.

@wmoyer83: I've only seen some clips but the Batman vs Shredder fight is pretty great. Though (as an 80s child) it is weird to see Shredder be an actual threat. So, does the action keep at that kind of level?

I really don't understand how a game being bad is the hottest mess this year or any year, really? Pitchford is a mile ahead of anything.

Isn't liking something because it is bad the very definition liking something ironically?

First off, I don't ever get hyped for or like things "ironically". If I like something that's bad, it's either because it's bad and that makes me laugh so I like and enjoy it, or I like it in spite of it being bad because it entertains me or has something that makes me a fan. Sometimes I will get excited for something I know is gonna be shit, but it's not exactly ironic, I'm just excited to experience the trainwreck.

This is the power of math, people.

The show is gorgeous and dumb which is basically the opposite of what Star Trek should be, right?

@notnert427: Neil Breen is like all the bat shit insanity of Kojima at his least restrained with absolutely none of the polish. His films are fascinating experiences. I'm not sure how else to describe them.

Maybe this show will answer how to solve the frog trap puzzle from Riven that stumped me as a child.
