I feel like Sonny Kiss is a person people pretend to like more than they actually do. He's athletic for sure and won't lie, a memorable look. They also blew their one match with someone like Cody and Omega beat them in less than a minute.

Kiss has also been outspoken that they want to focus on their actual teaching career rather than wrestling, so they already got one foot out the door. I just see no genuine investment for somebody like them.

I legit don't get the AEW complaint about the women's segments. I seriously don't. Half their roster is stuck overseas and injured, they have maybe 2 active full time people and there's no point in them wrestling Hikaru or each other each and every week. I also don't want to see indie talent that they aren't gonna invest in do the "TAKE THE CHAMP THE DISTANCE" storyline. Sucks that Hikaru's reign became this, but the AEW Women's Champion was shown more here than ever. Remember the weeks Riho was gone? Or Nyla just not even being around for months?

BASED MESSY HAIR KENTA

But seriously though, that was low key one of the better Kenta matches we've had in a while. He didn't seem like a immobile hobo like he did in most of his matches in 2019. Probably helped that it was a little on the shorter side of things, which I don't mind.

So I'm one of those type of people. I've been watching Lion's Break Collision.

Please watch the Lawler vs. Coughlin match, and Karl vs. Cobb. The first one had shoot style mat work where it's a young gun trying to put a MMA guy down, and a graduated Young Lion facing a experienced and once champ NJPW/ROH Champion. They've been killing it with these shows and trying to give them even a tiny bit of discussion.

I feel like I am taking crazy pills. Asuka vs. Sasha is a legit WOTY contender, and yet people are praising it EXCEPT for the ending? The match itself was fucking terrible, my god, it was a nice harsh reminder that Sasha Banks is not good. She hasn't been good since her main roster debut. I am sink and tired of giving her and Bayley excuses. They're both terrible. On the mic, in the ring, it doesn't matter, they've been shit for years and people still seem to praise them. It baffles me.

People are being wayyy too harsh on Dominion I think. It hurts as a Naito fan but it was the move to do. Borderline half of their roster is gone for the rest of the year, they needed to establish a new top heel. Suzuki is too old and the COVID stuff could be a serious detriment to his health. Taichi and ZSJ are in the tag team scene. It was the call and a good call at that.

I love new Evil. Dude carries himself like a big deal, and his Castlevania Final Boss music is great.

I was actually at Dynamite last night. Big take aways. The biggest pops were Billy Gunn (for a match on Dark), Moxley, Darby, and The Elite.

Going live really is kind of a different beast because you're just swept up in the crowd energy and seeing it in person. I pretty much lost my voice due to the main event and began to lose my mind when Kenny hit the One Winged Angel. Which is the first time he's hit it in AEW.
