Really.  Every week there's a pretty awesome title out that I want to play on the 360.  That doesn't even include the PS3 and the occasional Wii game.  The dearth of games has been the only thing keeping me back from buying a PS3 & a Wii.  I'm still wrapping it up, but as you can see in the list I made I have no shortage of games still I have yet to beat on the 360.  I know a lot of those are 2 years old and all my problem that they haven't been beat but still.  Even looking at my list you can see that its missing a lot of the 2010 titles.  There just isn't enough time in the day anymore!  But i let out a big 'Hell yeah!' when I read over on bitmob this week that it's wasn't all my fault.  (Just what anyone in denial wants to hear right?) The Death of the Video Game Expert.  The fact is there are just more games out than they used to.  But alas here I am posting this when I should be just playing.  Off to tackle the list!

I think seeing zombies in Crackdown 2 may have been the "jumping the shark" moment for me with zombies.  Now I love me a good zombie story, but I'm getting a little zombie fatigue here.

Damn just checked.  They Live isn't on netflix insta-queue.

That's funny.  I remember I visited my friend's church when I was a kid and the whole afternoon was a talk with the title "Why Papa Smurf is the devil"  It went from what could have been the worst afternoon ever to probably one of the funniest.

I don't mind the pre-roll ad because it means they're making money, I just got tired of seeing the ODST ad every time.  Looks like the Batman one made it back in the rotation today though.

I so did not want to buy this, but now I'm really  compelled by the awesomeness of Daft Punk.  Ugh.  Please do a review on this one to let us know how it turns out.

Wow glad my plans fell through for PAX now.  High likelihood I would have booked that Monday Seattle to St Louis flight.

I use it.  I've actually stopped and started the service twice now.  Just usally when a few games I missed have stacked up that I want to play but not buy.  I've found the trick with the long wait times is to go multi disk on the subscription and be smart about when you send them back.  No joke the turn-around time can be a week from St Louis.  But if you have some games you own that you're really playing or have one game that you have rented out that you still have a weeks worth or more to play you won't notice.   
 
Bottomline, waiting is long and it sucks.  It's no netflix on the turnaround time.  But it's great for renting  if you play to finish games and have a backlog you want to get through.
